            Well after a never ending, excruciating mercury retrograde, I’m glad to be back.  If you were like me you had some down time, a break, or perhaps a break-down (or more)? It was unavoidable with the frustrations, delays and misunderstandings in personal communications, and the relentless, agonizing emotional processing that naturally followed the triggering of your most tender, longstanding wounds. There were also scattered days of meaningless melancholy, ultimate blah-ville, where even your most cherished activities were not enjoyable. Yep, mercury retrograde definitely gave you time to think it all over amidst the frequent interruptions.  Hopefully you didn’t run away from it all or indulge too much in contemporary humanity’s many forms of escapism. I know I almost did.

            Is it really November already? Hard to believe fall has flown by…in a flash despite a mercury retrograde that didn’t seem to slow us down a bit.  October and beginning of November brought two powerful eclipses with the new and full moons; we cleansed and released for another deep layer of integration. Take a moment to look in the mirror and connect with your new self. You really have transformed!

another opportunity to start fresh and anchor in our intentions.  This moon’s creative energy moves through the end of next week, even through Friday the 13^th. Although historically this has been a date associated with fear, horror, or other bad omens, I see it bringing good fortune for many this month. So count your lucky stars and make a wish during this time.

Here it is, August already. And I ask myself, how do I begin explaining what's been happening for all of us? As the evolution on Earth unfolds and we move deeper into our abstract, all knowing, nonlinear awareness, our primarily left-brained, 3rd dimensional minds no longer have full control. They are becoming useless for comprehension and explanation purposes, which is why many aspects of the world and our lives now seem so perplexing and obscure. This brings challenges for writers like myself, and other lightworkers who are guiding others. If this is you, know that it's now about how we show the way through the example of our own lives, and the energy that comes through our writing or teaching, not the written or expressed words themselves.

We are very tired, sore, grumpy, and apathetic as we transition to a fifth dimensional energy system. The emotional intensity has currently heightened as we are at the peak of clearing karmic baggage that has been with us for hundreds and thousands of years. So if you have been feeling increasingly angry, out of control, or helpless, you're not alone and you're not crazy. This is such a prevalent issue with just about everybody, that I almost named this newsletter "March Madness." (LOL. And please, take the time to find a sense of humor these days.
