Spiritual Mastery and the Shifting of Timelines

Well, congratulations! As we make our way into the 2nd half of 2017 and begin to get our heads above the integration waters, many of us are starting to feel energized again. This is surely a breath of needed air after the last several months of feeling uninspired, unfocused or spacey, overly emotional, and fatigued. Many of us in our spiritual advancement/5D embodiment process are creating new life missions and desires. But in no way are we completely clear on where we are going--the universe is definitely letting us harness the needed faith, trust, and intuition in order to develop the strength and courage for what is coming next.

September Newsletter: Time Warp

Feel like the month of August quickly passed you by? You're not alone there. But hopefully you took time for a break and a breather, because September is going to be a biggie. And we're not even there yet.

The best advice I can give you is to slow down and rest now and throughout September, when you can. Mercury retrograde will help you with that, it starts on Tuesday. Like a computer that's been left on too long, we need this downtime. This will also help us assimilate the energies and codes we've received for our upgrades. While being upgraded, it takes time and patience. During these times you can't expect your computer (self) to work as hard or fast as it normally does, or even function properly.

August Newsletter: The Lions Gate

It's that time again, when the new energetic grids for earth and the collective come forth. It happens every year at the end of July, around the 27th, until August 8th. And it's a time to celebrate. Really! 2016 is halfway over and it's been a weary whirlwind of change on body, mind, and spirit levels. And although there's much more to go, things are going to lighten up a bit. This energy in August gives us a bit of a break, a time to regroup and replenish ourselves. Most of all, we need to rest up for the next round come September; it's going to be busy energetically. Let's just say we'll all be doing our spiritual push-ups. But more on that later.

July Newsletter: The In-Between Places

Welcome everyone, to a new beginning! This June's summer solstice ignited change for each of us as well as the collective. New trails have been blazed before us. Now all we have to do is be willing to walk forward on these paths, taking the steps needed to enLIVEn our new realities. 

For the time being, we're still in transition, the in-between places. Most of us have moved from being stuck to unstuck, but we haven't quite reached the destiny we've set in motion, or at least the temporary destination when it comes to the many in a lifetime…Where do we go from here?

It's so good to be back writing updates on the shift after a long hiatus during which I produced You-Tube videos sharing energetic tips for staying in balance with these changing times. Of course, those videos will still continue; I plan to alternate them with my writings on the shift to keep things interesting for you and fun for me.

Do I dare ask how you are all doing? I'm sure you felt the unfathomable powers of the mighty full moon a few days ago, which should give you a taste of what's coming as we inch closer to the Spring Equinox on the 20th. Whoa! It's gonna be a big one, a big moon, this Equinox.
